Dedicated to reviving the art of small-batch malting, the company sources all its grains from their own family farm and other family-owned farms within a 200-mile radius. This commitment to local sourcing not only supports regional agriculture but also helps create a sustainable supply chain with minimal environmental impact. By keeping the entire process close to home, Sugar Creek Malt Co. ensures high-quality grain selection and maintains close relationships with the farmers who produce it.

Hop Sampler: Celeia (formerly Styrian Goldings) 6.6% ABV
Celeia (aka Styrian Golding), a Slovenian hop derived from Fuggle in the 1930s, offers an earthy aroma with subtle resinous and herbal notest. Its delicate, smooth character makes it ideal for late kettle or dry hoppiing in pale ales, bitters, milds, brown ales, and Belgian styles.
Our Hop Sampler is a single hop Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row, White Wheat and Bonlander Munich, bittered with CTZ Hop Extract, and finished with a hop-stand and dry hop addition of the featured hop.
Czech Dark - 5.2% ABV
Our Czech Dark Lager (Tmavé pivo) delivers a rich full roasty flavor in an easy drinking beer. Warm notes of roasted nuts, baker’s chocolate, and dark fruits complement a smooth mouthfeel and light dry finish
Roggenbier - 5.6 % ABV
Roggenbier is a less famous German style brewed with a generous proportion of Roggenmalz (Rye Malt in English). Similar to a Dunkelweizen, with the familiar banana clove fermentation profile, but with an added earthiness and subtle spice from the rye.
