Return Policy
General Return Policy
- Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
- We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods such as liquid yeast or other template-sensitive items
- Opened items or consumables
- Clearance or other final sale items
- Bulk or milled grain
- Gift cards
Returning Items

- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
- After receiving the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Additional Policies
- Not responsible for orders not picked up within 30 days after purchase.
