Return Policy


General Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Perishable goods such as liquid yeast or other template-sensitive items
    • Opened items or consumables
    • Clearance or other final sale items
    • Bulk or milled grain
    • Gift cards

Returning Items

  • To return an item, please contact us at gnomes@gnomebrewshop.com or 773.961.7750.
  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  • After receiving the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Additional Policies

  • Not responsible for orders not picked up within 30 days after purchase.
