Flaked Rye is an adjunct grain that contributes increased body and a distinctive dry, spicy rye character. It contributes a silky texture in a beer and adds subtle earthy spice notes characteristic of a rye beer. Flaked Rye is pre-gelatinized so it can be added to a mash without any extra steps.
