Dingemans Special B is a heavily roasted crystallized malt. It will contribute an intense caramel flavor with notes of raisin. Special B will also lend a deep reddish-brown color to a wort and can be used as a substitute for black and chocolate roasted malts when additional bitterness is not desired.
