Dingemans Pilsen malt is made from the finest European 2-row summer barley. It will contribute a mild flavor and a pale straw-like golden color to a wort. Through a careful modification process the fermentable sugars in Pilsen can easily be extracted in a simple mash, and it can support other specialty malts.
