Breeding/Development: Lemondrop™ is an aroma variety, originated by the Hopsteiner Breeding Program from a cross between Cascade and USDA 19058 male.

Brewing Application: The name says it all: Lemondrop™ offers a unique lemon-citrus character with a pleasant aroma. The bright citrus and subtle herbaceous notes are perfect for sessionable beers. Sweet in ales, but delicate enough to not overpower lagers.

Sensory: Pronounced lemon-citrus with green tea, light melon, and herbal notes.
