Nectaron hops are a relatively new variety of hops that was developed in New Zealand in 2004. They are a full sister to Waimea hops and are known for their intense tropical fruit and citrus aromas. Nectaron hops are typically used in late boil additions and dry hopping, as they can add a lot of flavor and aroma to a beer. They are a great choice for IPAs, Pale Ales, and other hop-forward styles.
