Bloody Butcher Is Back!

This Heirloom Bloody Butcher Corn is malted, so there is no need for a cereal mash. It is a great alternative to traditional flaked corn and other raw corn adjuncts.

Ideal for making adjunct lagers and cream ales.

Comes pre-crushed as corn cannot be milled in standard grain mills.

New - Pale Ale Malt

Deeper in color and flavor than the Pilsner, it has a light golden color to it and the flavor is of sweet malt with bready, biscuit, and slightly nutty flavors.

Great for British Ales, Amber Ale, Porter and Stouts

New - Chit Malt

Mainly produced as a way to get around Reinheitsgebot, this malt is just barely germinated enough to call it malt, but still has similar brewing capability as raw grain. We floor germinate this malt and then just let it dry on the roof of the Såinnhus in the sun and wind.

Great in Belgian Farmhouse and Sour Beers. Also adds body and foam retention in any beer style.
