Hop Sampler: Mandarina Bavaria (5.6% ABV)
Mandarina Bavaria was bred in Germany from Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon and put on the market in 2012. Along with citrus, particularly tangerine, it has a soft fruitiness. Mandarina Bavaria has enough citrus and fruit character to use in an pale ale or IPA, yet it's gentle enough to use in a hoppy lager or wheat beer.
