Dry Lutra Now Available
Playing off of the traditional drying practices Norwegian brewers use to preserve their kveik cultures, Omega Yeast is excited to announce Lutra® Kveik in a new dried format. Dried Lutra is the shockingly clean and versatile kveik strain brewers welcomed last year, now easily accessible worldwide because of its shelf-stability in dried form.

Sour IPA
Our newest Simply Brewing™ recipe kit. An intense aroma of tropical fruit and citrus from Sabro and Citra hops is balanced by a refreshing light sour finish. Farmhouse Lemonade with Brett
Kettle Sour Farmhouse brewed with lemon zest, coriander, grains of paradise, Citra hops and finished with Brett
Local Porter
We rebrewed one of our favorites for the cooler weather--A brown porter brewed exclusively with local ingredients: malts from Indiana craft maltster Sugar Creek include Pale Ale, Crystal 40, Brown, Chocolate, and Rauchmalt; hops from Great Lakes Hops in Michigan; yeast from Omega Yeast in Chicago; and, of course, water from Lake Michigan.
Hop Sampler: Talus
Talus is the daughter of Sabro and comes from the same breeders as Citra, Mosaic and Sabro. Talus delivers big aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus rinds, dried roses, pine resin, tropical fruits and sage. The bold flavor profile draws from its roots as a cultivated daughter of Sabro® Brand HBC 438. Talus’ impactful citrus, floral, wood and fruit aromas remain throughout the brewing process.
