A Quick Note - Tuesday Delivery Has Been Discontinued

Given this new phase in the pandemic, we are discontinuing Tuesday delivery.  Friday deliveries will continue as normal.

Bottle Share on March 10th at 7:15 PM

Bring a couple bottles of your homebrewed beer, cider, wine, mead, or whatever to share with others.  If you're new to homebrewing or just don't have any spare bottles, don't worry—you're welcome to come.

Bottle shares are a great opportunity to try others' homebrews, get feedback on your own homebrew, and trade tips, tricks and stories.  But mostly, it's a time to hang out and have fun with fellow beer lovers.

This is a free event. Age 21+ only.

Samples Are Back On Tap!

On Tap At Gnome Brew

Hop Sampler: Warrior (5.3% ABV)

A bittering hop known for clean bittering most often used in hoppy, high IBU American ales, notably Dogfish Head 60-Minute IPA and Three Floyds Alpha King.

Tor (8.1% ABV)

We're tapping this doppelbock at the start of Lent in homage to the customary tapping of the first keg in Munich of Paulaner's Salvator, a beer first brewed to aid monks through their lenten fasting.

Tor is a rich and elegant beer featuring Weyermann Dark Munich, Pilsner Malt and CaraMunich 2, fermented with Omega's Bock yeast and lagered for 2 months.

Schwarzbier (5% ABV, Stout Faucet)

Coffee-like roast with a smooth, creamy, yet dry mouthfeel.  We're pouring this through our Intertap Stout Spout attachment for a beautiful pour of lush tiny bubbles that cascade into a persistent head.

On Deck

Hop Sampler: Chinook

Floor Malted Bohemian Dark (3.9% ABV)

A showcase beer for one of our favorite new malts, Weyermann's Floor Malted Bohemian Dark.  It pours a beautiful light brown color and features notes of graham cracker and bread crust.  Definitely a great base malt for any malt-forward lagers.

Irish Stout (4.1% ABV, Nitro, Stout Faucet)

A classic dry Irish Stout recipe of simply English Pale Ale Malt, Flaked Barley and Roasted Barley.  Fermented with Irish Ale yeast and served on Nitro through our Intertap Stout Faucet.

New Items

Briess Pale Ale Dry Malt Extract in 1 & 3 Pound Bags

This is a 100% pure malt barley extract made from 100% Pale Ale Malt and water. It can be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the color, flavor, and gravity of all-grain beers.

Grainfather Micro Pipework

Perfect for small batch brewing, where you can test different beer styles or recipes and have more varieties of beer on the go.

The Micro Pipework is perfect for brewing 2.5 - 3 gallon batches or standard batches of a lower ABV beer with a small grain bill. Use this pipework when you are brewing with 4 to 8 pounds of grain.

Duotight Compatible Carbonation Cap

This stainless steel ball lock cap features soda bottle threads, allowing you to convert a soda bottle into a pressurizable growler. It is compatible with both gas and liquid ball lock disconnects. Also works well for cleaning draft lines. Simply add line cleaning solution to a soda bottle, attach it to the draft line, and open the faucet to push solution through.

This version features a 6.5mm Duotight compatible stem. Use the 8mm or 9.5mm reducer to attach EVABarrier draft line.
