Dingemans Pilsen
20% Off Bulk and Sacks All March
Dingemans Pilsen, crafted by Dingemans Malting Company, a renowned Belgian maltster with a heritage dating back to the 19th century, is made from carefully selected two-row barley. Through a meticulous malting process, this barley develops its distinct characteristics. Kilned to perfection, Dingemans Pilsen malt boasts a pale color and a clean, mild flavor profile highlighted by subtle malt sweetness and delicate biscuity notes. With its low lovibond rating ensuring minimal color contribution, it is particularly suited for brewing pale lagers, pilsners, and other light-colored beer styles where clarity and crispness are essential.
Brewers value Dingemans Pilsen malt for its excellent enzymatic activity, which aids in the efficient conversion of starches into fermentable sugars during the mashing process, resulting in high fermentability and a dry finish in the beer. Its consistent quality and dependable performance have made it a preferred option for both professional brewers and homebrewing enthusiasts striving to produce balanced and flavorful beers. Whether used as a base malt or in conjunction with specialty malts for added complexity, Dingemans Pilsen malt consistently delivers superior outcomes, enhancing the creation of exceptional brews that showcase the artistry and skill of the brewing process.

Our Monthly Bottle Share At Gnome Brew
Join us for our monthly bottle share at the shop. Just bring a couple bottles of your homebrewed beer, cider, wine, mead, or whatever to share with others. If you're new to homebrewing or just don't have any spare bottles, don't worry—you're welcome to come.
Bottle shares are a great opportunity to try others' homebrews, get feedback on your own homebrew, and trade tips, tricks and stories. But mostly, it's a time to hang out and have fun with fellow beer lovers.
This is a free event. No registration required.
