Join us for our 7th Anniversary Celebration, Saturday March 7 at Gnome Brew!
Come by the store from 2-6 pm and celebrate with us along with area homebrew clubs!
Bring homebrew to share and we will be popping bottles of last year's Anniversary Beer as we brew this year's batch.
We can think of no one we'd rather share our big day with than you, the best customers and community we could ask for.

Fonio Cold IPA - 7.1% ABV
A twist on a Cold IPA featuring Fonio, an ancient grain from West Africa prized for its drought resistance and sustainability that has recently caught the eye of craft brewers. Hints of tropical fruit and white grape from the Fonio are supported by late and dry hop additions of Cryo hops.
Altbier - 5.8% ABV
Originating from the Rhineland, especially Düsseldorf, the Altbier, or “Old Beer” is a deep copper ale that gets its name from ale yeasts as the older fermentation method compared to newer lager yeasts. Spicy and herbal hop notes balance with the nutty malt flavors with some fruity esters surviving cold conditioning, creating a pleasantly crisp yet complex beer. This recipe uses all German malts and White Labs’ Dusseldorf Alt yeast.
Tor - 7.9% ABV
A house favorite and perfect for drinking while fasting during the Lenten season. This very rich, malty lager with hints of dark dried fruit and artisanal bread crust is a classic take on the famous beer first brewed by the Paulaner monks—a style now known as doppelbock. Our recipe has a simple grain bill of Weyermann's Munich Type 2, Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt and CaraMunich 2.
