Dingeman's Pale Ale

20% Off Bulk And Sacks All December

Dingemans Pale Ale malt is made from the finest European 2-row barley. A longer kilning process gives this malt a more complex profile than Pilsen, with breadier flavors and aromas. It will produce a wort with a golden color, and can be used alone or with other specialty malts.

Great Belgian beers start with great malts. Since 1875 Dingemans has been malting barley and supplying the raw materials for world famous Trappists, Lambics, Wits, and other renowned styles. Currently under 5th-generation leadership, Dingemans has a high focus on quality control and sustainability.

Join us for our Annual Holiday Closet Cleanout Edition of our monthly bottle share. Bring in those bottles that have been sitting around waiting for the right occasion--because this is that occasion!

Bottle shares are a great opportunity to try others' homebrews, get feedback on your own homebrew, and trade tips, tricks and stories. But mostly, it's a time to hang out and have fun with fellow beer lovers.

On Tap At Gnome Brew

Hop Sampler - Huell Melon

Bred out of the Hop Research Center in Huell Germany and released in 2012 Huell Melon is a descendant of Cascade. Expect mellow flavors and aromas of honeydew melon and strawberry.

Fall Bock-6.8%

A fall favorite returns. Pouring a deep mahogany, our Fall Bock is smooth, moderately sweet with hints of prune and dark fruits coming from a generous addition of CaraMunich III, and at 6.8% ABV it will keep you warm as the temperatures drop. This year’s edition was pitched onto the yeast cake from our Mars Lager. Next year we are hoping to bring back the acorns.

Amber Ale -3 Hour

A pleasantly sweet caramel backbone is complemented by bright citrus hop character coming from early and late additions of classic American C-Hops- Centennial for bittering and a late addition of Centennial and Cascade.
