Hop Sampler: Celeia (Styrian Goldings) (6.6% ABV)
Celeia (aka Styrian Golding), a Slovenian hop derived from Fuggle in the 1930s, offers an earthy aroma with subtle resinous and herbal notes. Its delicate, smooth character makes it ideal for late kettle or dry hopping in pale ales, bitters, milds, brown ales, and Belgian styles.
Our Hop Sampler is a single hop Pale Ale brewed with 2-Row, White Wheat and Bonlander Munich, bittered with CTZ Hop Extract, and finished with a hop-stand and dry hop addition of the featured hop.
NEIPA (6.8% ABV)
A hazy New England IPA with a Golden Promise malt base, double dry-hopped with Nectaron, Sabro, and Citra. It delivers juicy tropical fruit notes of pineapple, lime, and coconut, with a smooth, soft finish.
Robust Porter (5.2 % ABV)
A showcase of Simpsons Malts--Maris Otter and Medium Crystal with Chocolate and Black Malt. A rich, roasty and complex beer while still being sessionable enough to have a few.
