This is a rich and velvety American Stout brewed with flaked oats and vanilla extract. It features a dark, opaque appearance with a creamy tan head. The oats contribute to a luscious and silky mouthfeel, while the addition of vanilla infuses the beer with a delightfully sweet aroma and flavor that complements the roasted malt and chocolate notes.

The brew process involves dissolving malt extract into heated water, steeping bags of milled grain (if applicable), boiling and/or steeping bags of hop pellets, and cooling the wort (unfermented beer) in a sink to be added to your fermentation vessel. The wort is then topped off with chilled water for an even faster cool, and the yeast is added. All this including cleanup takes just 3 hours!
