A delightful malt-forward twist on our French Farmhouse kit. Just like its counterpart, this recipe uses Saison yeast for a spicy, fruity complexity. The addition of caramel malt steeping grains brings a warm, amber hue to the beer, resulting in a farmhouse ale with a rich, toasty sweetness. Great for colder weather, but delicious year-round.

Simply Brewing® 1 Hour Recipe Kits contain all the ingredients for new and experienced brewers to easily brew 2.5 gallons of beer in a simple, 1-hour brewday with the use of a 1 Hour Equipment Kit and any 10+ quart stovetop pot. The brew process involves dissolving malt extract into heated water, steeping bags of milled grain (if applicable), boiling and/or steeping bags of hop pellets, and cooling the wort (unfermented beer) in a sink to be added to your fermentation vessel. The wort is then topped off with chilled water for an even faster cool, and the yeast is added. All this including cleanup takes just 1 hour!
