Its strong flocculation makes it a good choice for cask-conditioned beers and for fermentations in cylindro-conical tanks where you want a compact yeast cake.
Use one 11.5 g packet for a standard 5-gallon batch, pitching according to Fermentis instructions. Ferment in the recommended temperature range for a clean, characterful English ale profile.
