The lightest and most versatile of the dark candi syrups. It will add more pronounced color than amber D-45 syrup and more complex flavors along with an increase in fermentable sugars. Flavor notes include stone fruit, dark chocolate, as well as hints of caramel, toast, and coffee. Ideal in dubbel, Belgian dark strong ale, or quadrupel. Contains high fructose corn syrup.
