Weyermann Vienna malt is more kilned than Pilsner malt but less than a Munich malt, giving it a full bodied sweetness with hints of honey and nuts. It will produce a wort with a rich golden color, and is versatile enough for use in both lighter styles or in combination with darker specialty grains.
