Weyermann Pale Wheat Malt is a light colored wheat base malt. It can serve as the base of a recipe or it can be used in lighter additions to add body, flavor, and aid in head retention. It will produce a very light golden color and contribute sweetness with notes of bread, nuts, and light caramel notes. Consider using rice hulls or another filtration aid with larger additions.
