Weyermann CaraRye is a caramelized rye malt. Along with typical bready, earthy rye spice flavor, CaraRye will also lend notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and dried fruit as well as reddish-brown color. Additionally CaraRye will aid in creating the velvety mouthfeel typical of rye malt.
