Weyermann CaraRed is a lightly roasted crystallized malt. It will contribute orange-red color and sweet caramel flavor with notes of honey and pastry. Pairing CaraRed with Melanoidin malt will result in a deep red color. As well as flavor and color adjustment, CaraRed will add body and improve head retention.
