Weyermann Beech Smoked Barley is a specialty smoked malt that can be used both as a base malt or in smaller quantities to add smoky flavor to a beer. It will contribute a pale golden color to a wort with smoke flavor and aroma. In smaller doses vanilla and honey notes are present, with smoked meats notes in larger quantities.
