Simpsons Light Crystal is a lightly roasted crystallized malt. In a wort it will contribute a mild nutty sweetness with hints of biscuit and dried apricot, along with golden hues. In addition to flavor and color adjustment, Light Crystal will also add body without dominating the flavor of a finished beer.
