Briess Special Roast is a biscuit-style roasted malt with a deeper roast and more intense profile than Briess Victory. It will produce strong toasty and biscuit flavors with pronounced notes of bran flakes and sourdough. Special Roast will also lend a dark gold to brown color to a wort.
