Red Wheat will contribute the same pale straw color as White Wheat, but with a more pronounced wheat flavor and a sweet, creamy mouthfeel. Ideal for styles like Hefeweizen in which wheat flavor should shine through. A small addition can contribute to improved head retention. Consider using rice hulls or another filtration aid with larger additions.
