Briess Caramel 60 is a medium-roasted crystallized malt. It will add pronounced caramel sweetness with hints of raisin to a recipe, along with golden to amber coloration. In addition to color and flavor enhancement, Caramel 60 will also improve mouthfeel and aid in head retention.
