The included lid helps you heat water faster and protects your wort during chilling and whirlpooling. The kettle uses a sturdy wall and bottom thickness appropriate for homebrewing, and its dimensions (approximately 300 mm in diameter and 430 mm high) give it a compact footprint while still providing plenty of volume.
