Weyermann CaraMunich Type 2 is a medium roasted crystallized Munich-type malt. Along with the pronounced caramel sweetness of a typical crystal malt of this roast level, CaraMunich 2 will lend additional bready biscuit notes and hints of raisin. It will also contribute amber-red color, add body, and aid in head retention.
